Full Official Rules of the Giveaway “Full Pack McLaren x K-SWISS” 

From October 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. to November 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. 

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, YOU EXPRESSLY AND UNRESERVEDLY ACCEPT THESE OFFICIAL RULES (AS WELL AS ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS). 
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT THESE RULES, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY. 
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. 

ARTICLE 1 – Organizer 

KSGB EUROPE, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €2,650,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 504 379 009, with its registered office at 49 Rue du Dauphiné, 69800 Saint-Priest, France (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is organizing a free giveaway with no purchase obligation entitled “Full Pack McLaren x K-SWISS” (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”). 

The terms and conditions of participation and the method of selecting the winner are described in these Official Rules (hereinafter the “Rules”). 
The Giveaway is organized for K-SWISS in Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. 

ARTICLE 2 – Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open to residents of Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older at the time of participation (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”), with the exception of employees of the Organizer, any company belonging to KSGB EUROPE, partner companies involved in this operation, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, brothers, and sisters). 

Participation in this Giveaway is strictly personal and individual. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to request proof of identity from any participant and may cancel participation if documents are not provided or if eligibility conditions are not met. 

Failure to comply with these Rules or any behavior contrary to French law and/or online good conduct may result in disqualification and prohibition from further participation. 

To participate, each person must have Internet access and be subscribed to the K-SWISS newsletter. The email address provided at the time of entry will be used for all Giveaway-related communications. 

Any participation not meeting these requirements or those set out in Article 4 will not be eligible for the prize described in Article 6. 

ARTICLE 3 – Giveaway Announcement

ARTICLE 4 – Entry Conditions and Procedure 

4.1 Entry Procedure 

The Giveaway will take place from October 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. until November 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (the “Giveaway Period”) on Instagram via the account @kswiss_europe. 

In the event of fraud, force majeure, exceptional circumstances, or events beyond its control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway without compensation to participants. 

To enter during the Giveaway Period: 

4.2 Conditions of Participation 

Only one participation per person will be accepted for the entire duration of the Giveaway. 
Each participant may only be drawn once and may receive only one prize throughout the Giveaway. 

Incomplete, incorrect, falsified, non-validated, or late entries, as well as entries not made in accordance with these Rules, will not be considered and will be deemed invalid. 

Participants are strictly prohibited from entering the Giveaway using multiple email addresses. If it is found that a participant has entered using more than one email address, only the first participation will be validated, and all others will be cancelled. 

ARTICLE 5 – Winner Selection 

The winner will be selected by random draw on November 8, 2025, from all eligible participants. 
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry. 

If, within 30 days after the end of the Giveaway, the winner does not respond to the email sent by the Organizer, the prize will be forfeited. 

ARTICLE 6 – Prizes and Prize Delivery

The following prize will be awarded:

The prize will be shipped only to addresses in Germany, the Netherlands, or the United Kingdom. The winner must provide a valid delivery address within one of these countries. 

6.3 Prize Conditions 

Prizes are non-modifiable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any other compensation. 

Only the quantity of prizes indicated in Article 6.1 will be awarded. 

In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the prize during the Giveaway without being obliged to provide compensation. 

The Organizer cannot be held liable if the Giveaway is cancelled, shortened, extended, modified, or postponed for reasons beyond its control. 

ARTICLE 7 – Limitation of Liability 

The Organizer shall not be held liable if the Giveaway must be cancelled, delayed, shortened, modified, or postponed due to force majeure or events beyond its control. 

Any changes will be announced through appropriate means and will be considered annexes to these Rules. 

The Organizer shall not be responsible for issues related to Internet connection, email delivery failures, or other malfunctions not attributable to it. 

Participation is under the participant’s full responsibility. Participants are responsible for protecting their own data and equipment against malicious software or third-party attacks. 

The Organizer will not be liable for any damage (material or immaterial) caused to participants, their equipment, or their stored data, nor for any direct or indirect consequences on their personal, professional, or commercial activities. 

If fraudulent activity is detected (including multiple or fake email use), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel such entries and to pursue legal action against the offenders. 

This Giveaway is not managed or sponsored by Instagram, which is hereby fully released from all liability by the Organizer. 

ARTICLE 8 – Personal Data Protection 

Personal data are collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing participation in the Giveaway, in compliance with applicable regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended.
