From November 26th, 2021 to December 9th, 2021
By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by Midnight on December 9th, 2021. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by the Organising Company on December 10th, 2021 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
1 – The Organising Company
The Organising Company is KSGB EUROPE, Company Number 504 379 009 and whose registered office is at 8C Rue de Lombardie Parc Aktiland 69800 Saint-Priest, France.
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at www.kswiss.co.uk (the “Website”).
The Promotors competitions are open only to residents of United Kingdom. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants.
2 – How to enter
The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Organising Company reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Organising Company does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the Website.
All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically rejected.

- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your phone number.
By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with the conditions of participation listed in these Terms and Conditions or any action that appears to be in breach of Englsih law and/or the rules of good conduct on the Internet, may be sanctioned by the nullitý of participation in the Game, together with a ban on any further participation in the contest.
To participate in the contest, it is necessary to have internet access.
Any participation in the contest that does not meet these requirements as well as those detailed in Article 4 will not entitle the participant to the prize (detailed in Article 6).
ARTICLE 3 – Eligibility
The competition is only open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Organising Company;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Organising Company, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Organising Company may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. If you fail to provide the Organising Company with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition.
The Organising Company will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer; or
(b) incomplete.
No indemnity will be given in any event, including;
(a) if, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize;
(b) if, following your entry into the competition the eligibility criteria for entering the competition or claiming the Prize changes and you are no longer eligible; or
(c) if you are disqualified from the competition by the Organising Company for any reason.
Only one entry per participant (same surname, first name, email address and telephone number) throughout the duration of the game will be taken into account.
The participant may only be drawn once. In the event of a participant winning, he/she will only be awarded́ one prize (same surname, first name, email address and telephone number) for the entire duration of the game.
Any entry that is incomplete, erroneous, does not comply with the conditions set out in these rules, is falsified, is not validated, is registered after the deadline or is registered in a form other than that set out above will not be taken into consideration and will be considered invalid.
ARTICLE 4 – Choosing a winner
All participants with a valid entry will be placed into a drawn and the winner will be chosen by random draw. The random draw will take place on December 10th, 2021.
The identity of the winner will be announced on December 10th, 2021 by email with the prize in attachment.
ARTICLE 6 – The prize
6.1 Prizes offered
The following are at stake in this contest:
- 2 VIP tickets for a private screening of the film King Richard in London on December 13th, 2021 at 6pm.
The prize will be sent to the winner by email as detailed below.
The prize does not include transportation and accomodations fees.
6.2. Awarding of prizes
Once the identity of the winner is known, the Organising Company will contact him/her by email, to inform him/her that he/she has woń and will use his/her email address (which was communicated at the entry) in order to send him/her his/her prize.
The Organising Company will not be responsible if the email arrives in spam or if the email is blocked by the recipient's email system or for any connection problem preventing the arrival of the email containing the prize.
The Organising Company reserves the right to ask for any documentary evidence of the identitý and address of a winner, who will have to provide it (them) to benefit from his or her prize.
6.3 Details of allocations
The prizes cannot be changed, exchanged or refunded. These prizes may not be the subject of a request for financial consideration, exchange or return, for any reason whatsoever.
Only the strict quantitý of endowments indicated in article 6.1 of these rules shall be put into play.
The Organising Company reserves the right, if it is forced to do so, in case of force majeure or for reasons beyond its controĺ to modify during the operation the content of the prizes put into play. This modification shall not in any case give rise to an exchange, nor to a refund of the winners.
The Organising Company shall not be held responsible if, due to force majeure or an event beyond its controĺ this contest had to be cancelled, extended, shortened, modified or postponed.
ARTICLE 7 – Limitation of liability
The Organising Company shall not be held responsible if, due to force majeure or an event beyond its control, this competition is cancelled, extended, shortened, modified or postponed.
Any changes will be notified in advance by any appropriate means. Additions and amendments to the rules may be published during the competition. They will be considered as annexes to these rules.
The Organising Company will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The Organising Company shall not be held responsible for any malfunction of the computer network preventing the proper conduct of the competition, in particular due to external malicious acts. Participation in the competition is done under the entire responsibilitý of the participant. It is therefore the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software stored on his/her computer equipment against any damage due to external malicious acts, and in particular viruses.
The Organising Company shall not be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to the participants, to their computer equipment and to the data stored therein, or for any other direct or indirect consequences that may arise, in particular on their personal, professional or commercial activitý.
As the Organising Company is not obliged and does not have the technical means to ensure the age and identitý of the registered persons, the Organising Companý is not responsible in case of usurpation of the identitý of a user.
The Organising Company may cancel or suspend all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, particularly in a computerised manner in the context of participation in the contest, and/or in the event of communication of erroneous information. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts.
It is reminded́ that only one entry is allowed per physical person (same name, same postal address, same telephone number). In the event of several entries, only the first entry will be considered valid, and all others will be automatically and definitively deleted without any possibility of dispute.
In any case, if the smooth administrative and/or technical running of the competition is disrupted by a virus, computer bug, unauthorized human intervention, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, it reserves the right to interrupt the competition.
The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incidents and/or accidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the Prize.
The Organising Company may also not be held responsible in the event of delay, misdirection, damage, destruction or loss during the delivery of the items that they may send to the winner in the context of this contest.
If the winner's contact details cannot be used or if the winner cannot be identified either by name or by email address, it is not the responsibility of the Promoter to carry out additional research in order to find the unavailable winner, who will therefore receive neither his prize nor any compensation or indemnity.
Article 8 – Protection of personal data
Personal data are collected and processed for the purpose of managing participation in the contest in compliance with the applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This data is intended for KSGB EUROPE. The personal data collected and processed by KSGB EUROPE will remain strictly confidential and will be kept for three (3) years.
Every participant has the right to access, rectify and delete his/her personal data, the right to portabilitý of his/her data, the right to object to their processing or to obtain their limitation, as well as the right to define directives within the framework of his/her digital heritage, which he/she can exercise by sending an email to: rgpdksgbeusupport@ksgb.com. The participant may also lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner’s Office. The Participant can consult the K-SWISS privacy policy at www.kswiss.co.uk. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email the Promoter at rgpdksgbeusupport@ksgb.com prior to the Closing Data.
ARTICLE 9 – General
Any dispute or claim relating to the Contest must be sent in writing to the following address: KSGB EUROPE – « Giveaway King Richard » – 8C Rue de Lombardie Parc Aktiland 69800 Saint-Priest, France within one month of the closing of the contest.
